Abstract
Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem deformace na změnu tribologických vlastností hlubokotažných plechů s ochranným povlakem Zn-Mg. Teoretická část je zaměřena na technologii hlubokého tažení, principy tribologických procesů, typy protikorozních povlaků a metody analýzy povrchu. Cílem experimentální části bylo zjistit, jak deformace ovlivňuje třecí vlastnosti ochranného povlaku. Vzorky byly vystaveny řízené deformaci s cílem simulovat mechanické zatížení, kterému jsou plechy vystaveny během reálného lisovacího procesu v automobilovém průmyslu. Následně byly zkoumány dvěma tribologickými metodami. Změny stavu povrchové vrstvy a možné narušení ochranného povlaku byly dále analyzovány pomocí elektronové mikroskopie.
The presented thesis deals with the effect of deformation on the change of tribological properties of deep-drawn metal sheet with Zn-Mg protective coating. The theoretical part is focused on deep drawing technology, principles of tribological processes, types of anti-corrosion coatings and methods of surface analysis. The aim of the experimental part was to find out how deformation affects the frictional properties of the protective coating. The specimens were subjected to controlled deformation in order to simulate the mechanical loads to which the sheets are subjected during a real pressing process in the automotive industry. Subsequently, they were examined by two tribological methods. Changes in the state of the surface layer and possible distortion of the protective coating were further analysed by electron microscopy.
