dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienta s apendicitidou a zároveň na znalosti studentů studijního oboru Všeobecné ošetřovatelství v této oblasti. Bakalářskou práci rozdělujeme na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části práce se věnujeme anatomii apendixu, definici apendicitidy a její popisu včetně historie, patofyziologie, etiologie, klinického obrazu a diagnostiky. Dále následují způsoby léčby a možné komplikace. Důležitou součástí práce je kapitola o ošetřovatelské péči, která zahrnuje přípravu pacienta před operací, péče a možné komplikace po otevřené a laparoskopické operaci. Výzkumná část je zpracována s použitím kvantitativní metody v podobě dotazníkového šetření a zaměřuje se na znalosti studentů v oblasti ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta s apendicitidou.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The bachelor's thesis focuses on nursing care for patients with appendicitis and, at the same time, on the knowledge of students in the field of general nursing in this area. The bachelor's thesis is divided into a theoretical and a research part. In the theoretical part of the thesis, we describe the anatomy of the appendix, the definition of appendicitis, and its description, including history, pathophysiology, etiology, clinical presentation, and diagnosis. This is followed by treatment methods and possible complications. An essential part of the work is a chapter on nursing care, which includes patient preparation before surgery, care and possible complications after open and laparoscopic surgery. The research part is conducted using a quantitative method in the form of a questionnaire survey and focuses on the knowledge of students in the field of nursing care for patients with appendicitis.	en
