Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá právy pacientů v kontextu s ošetřovatelskou péčí. Teoretická část této práce definuje právní předpisy vztahující se k oblasti zdravotnictví, a dále zde byly podrobně popsány některé povinnosti a práva pacientů. Pro tuto práci byla vybrána tři práva pacientů. Jedná se o právo pacienta být informován o svém zdravotním stavu, právo pacienta na zachování povinné mlčenlivosti a právo na respektování dříve projevených přání. V závěru teoretické části jsou vypsány rovněž povinnosti pacientů.Ve výzkumné části byla použita kvantitativní metoda, kdy se pomocí dotazníků zjišťovala informovanost pacientů o právech a povinnostech pacientů a zároveň, jestli jsou tato práva dodržována při poskytování ošetřovatelské péče.Výstupem této práce je článek připravený k publikaci v odborném periodiku.
The bachelor thesis deals with patients' rights in the context of nursing care.The theoretical part of this thesis defines the legislation related to the field of healthcare, and some rights and obligations of patients were described in details. Three patients' rights were selected for this thesis. These are the patient's right to be informed about own state of health, the patient's right to confidentiality and the right to respect previously expressed wishes. At the end of the theoretical part, the duties of patients are also listed.In the research part, a quantitative method was used, which used questionnairesto determine patients' awareness of the rights and obligations of patients and at the same time whether these rights are respected in the provision of nursing care.The output of this thesis is an article ready for publication in the medical periodical.
