Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnotovým systémem všeobecných sester v hospicové péči. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na popis a definici hodnot a hodnotového systému. Další kapitoly se věnují sesterské profesi, jejímu vzniku, historii a vývoji až po současné moderní ošetřovatelství a jeho důležitost. Důležitá je také podkapitola o osobnosti sestry a její roli v kvalitě péče a přístupu k pacientovi. Navazující kapitoly se zaobírají tématem hospiců, historií vzniku a jejich nezbytnou rolí a problematikou hospicové péče v našem zdravotnictví. Dále je rozvinuto téma paliativní péče, její vzájemná provázanost s hospicovou péčí, význam etiky a adekvátní komunikace v paliativní péči. V poslední kapitole teoretické části bakalářské práce je zkoumána problematika a důležitost znalostí sester o jednotlivých stádiích umírání a vyrovnávání se se sdělením nepříznivé diagnózy.
Praktická část této práce je věnována výzkumným cílům a otázkám. Výzkumný projekt se zabýval hodnotovým systém všeobecných zdravotnických pracovníků v hospicové péči. Vlastní výzkumné šetření se skládalo z nestandardizovaného dotazníku, který zahrnuje uzavřené, polootevřené a otevřené otázky a z polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Data získaná dotazníkem byla analyzována a využita jako základ pro formulaci otázek pro rozhovory. Jedná se o kvalitativní výzkum.
The bachelor thesis deals with the value system of nurses in hospice care. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis focuses on the description and definition of values and the value system. Further chapters follow up the nursing profession, its origin, history, development up to current modern nursing and its importance. Next important subchapter talks about personality of a nurse and her role in the quality of care and patient approach. Following chapters explain the topic of hospices, their history, importance, and issues linked with hospice care in our healthcare system. Another subsequent topic is palliative care and its connection with hospice care, the importance of ethics, and adequate communication in palliative care. The last chapter of the bachelor thesis discusses the problems and importance of nurses knowledge about the stages of grief and coping with recieved terminal diagnosis. The practical part of this thesis is dedicated to research objectives and questions. It examines the value system of nurses in hospice care in the form of open questionnaire and semi-structured interview. Analyzed questionnare data were used as a foundation for question formulation for the interviews. The research is qualitative.
