dc.description.abstract	Onemocnění COVID-19 je jedním z nejvážnějších globálních problémů posledních padesáti let. Práce poukazuje na neznalost průběhu Covid-19 u různých pacientů s dalšími přidruženými onemocněními a věnuje se rozboru následků tohoto onemocnění. Teoretická část bakalářské práce definuje koronaviry a je zaměřena na onemocnění COVID-19, jeho příznaky, léčbu a bariérovou péči. Hlavní téma práce je dlouhodobý outcomes u pacientů s těžkým průběhem onemocnění COVID-19 se zvýšenou podporou oxygenoterapie na jednotce intenzivní péče či na anesteziologicko-resuscitačního. Výzkumná část bakalářské práce zkoumá problémové oblasti po prodělaném onemocnění, kvalitu života ve čtyřech etapách - obecné zdraví, před onemocněním COVID-19, během hospitalizace po propuštění z nemocnice a kvalitu života rok od propuštění z nemocnice. Výsledkem práce je článek k možné publikaci do odborných časopisů.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The disease COVID-19 is one of the most serious global problems of the last fifty years. The thesis points to the lack of knowledge of the course of Covid-19 in various patients with other associated diseases and deals with the analysis of the consequences of this disease. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis defines coronaviruses and is focused on the disease COVID-19, its symptoms, treatment, and barrier care. The main topic of the thesis is long-term outcomes in patients with a severe course of the disease of COVID-19 with increased support of oxygen therapy in the intensive care unit or in the anesthesiology-resuscitation unit. The research part of the bachelor's thesis examines the problem areas after the illness, the quality of life in four stages - general health, before the illness of COVID-19, during hospitalization after discharge from the hospital and quality of life one year after discharge from the hospital. The result of the work is an article for possible publication in professional journals.	en
