Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním provedení CT kolonografie na různých
klinických pracovištích a hodnocením korelace s místními radiologickými standardy.
Dále analyzuje průběh vyšetření z hlediska personálu i pacienta a detailně popisuje roli
lékaře, zdravotní sestry a radiologického asistenta během vyšetření. Pro zpracování
praktické části byl proveden výzkum, jenž se skládal ze sběru dat formou
polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Součástí práce je také klasifikace pacientů na základě
hodnot BMI pro určení potenciálu nízkodávkového protokolu CT kolonografie.
Teoretická část se zaměřuje na zobrazovací metody využívané při diagnostice tlustého
střeva a detailně popisuje anatomii, fyziologii a patologii této oblasti.
The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of CT colonography in different clinical departments and the evaluation of correlation with local radiological standards. It also analyses the course of the examination from the point of view of the staff and the patient and describes in detail the role of the doctor, nurse and radiology assistant during the examination. For the practical part, a research was conducted which consisted of data collection in the form of a semi-structured interview. The work also includes classification of patients based on BMI values to determine the potential of a low-dose CT colonography protocol. The theoretical part focuses on the imaging methods used in the diagnosis of the colon and describes in detail the anatomy, physiology and pathology of this region.
