Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku first responderů v Libereckém kraji, kteří fungují v rámci systému AED vytvořeného a organizovaného Zdravotnickou záchrannou službou Libereckého kraje. Práce mapuje aktuálně zařazené složky systému AED na území města Liberec.
Praktická část práce je zaměřena na analýzu možností rozšíření systému AED o jednotky sborů dobrovolných hasičů města Liberec a vyhodnocuje potenciální efektivitu zařazení jednotlivých jednotek. Pro zdůraznění významu časné defibrilace je součástí práce také analýza pěti konkrétních zásahů s použitím AED. Dále práce hodnotí aktuální úroveň znalostí členů jednotek sborů dobrovolných hasičů působících na území Libereckého kraje v oblasti poskytování neodkladné resuscitace (NR). Na základě získaných poznatků je navrženo doporučení pro zařazení konkrétních jednotek města Liberec do systému AED. Doplňujícím výstupem práce je stručný leták s postupem NR a instruktážní videonávod.
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of first responders operating within the Automated External Defibrillator (AED) system organized by the Emergency Medical Services of the Liberec Region. The thesis maps the units currently included in the AED system within the territory of the city of Liberec. The practical part of the thesis is dedicated to analyzing the possibilities for expanding the AED system by incorporating volunteer fire brigade units (JSDH) of the city of Liberec, and evaluates the potential effectiveness of including individual units. To highlight the importance of early defibrillation, the thesis also presents an analysis of five specific emergency cases involving the use of AEDs. Furthermore, it assesses the current level of knowledge among members of volunteer fire brigades operating in the Liberec Region in providing basic life support (BLS). Based on the findings, recommendations are proposed for the integration of selected volunteer units into the AED system. As a supplementary output, the thesis includes a concise leaflet with BLS procedures and an instructional video guide.
