Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na znalost dětských sester a zdravotnických záchranářů, pracujících na neonatologické jednotce intenzivní péče, v problematice ošetřovatelské péče u novorozence s nekrotizující enterokolitidou, a to jak na oddělení, tak v rámci sekundárního transportu na specializované pracoviště. Teoretická část se soustředí na příčiny vzniku NEC, příznaky, diagnostiku a terapii jak konzervativní, tak rovněž i chirurgickou. Jsou zde také zahrnuty stomie a s nimi související ošetřovatelská péče, která se u novorozenců liší. Empirická část je zaměřena na analýzu výsledků z dotazníkového šetření.
The bachelor's thesis focuses on the knowledge of pediatric nurses and paramedics working in neonatal intensive care units regarding nursing care for newborns with necrotizing enterocolitis, both within the department and during secondary transport to a specialized facility. The theoretical part concentrates on the causes of NEC, its symptoms, diagnosis, and both conservative and surgical treatment. It also includes information about stomas and the related nursing care, which differs in newborns. The research part is focused on the analysis of the results from the questionnaire survey.
