dc.description.abstract	Prevence ventilátorové pneumonie z pohledu všeobecné setry Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ventilátorové pneumonie (VAP) z pohledu všeobecných sester. Cílem práce je najít a popsat nejnovější poznatky o prevenci VAP a zjistit, jaké znalosti o VAP mají všeobecné setry a zda dodržují preventivní opatření v ošetřovatelské péči u pacienta na umělé plicní ventilaci (UPV). Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis VAP a preventivní postupy, empirická část je zaměřena na průzkum ošetřovatelské péče u pacienta na UPV technikou anonymního dotazníkového šetření. Respondenty jsou všeobecné sestry, které pečují o pacienty na UPV. Výstupem z této bakalářské práce je vyhotovení informačního posteru pro prevenci VAP v rámci ošetřovatelské péče.	cs
dc.description.abstract	Prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia from the point of view of a general nurse. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) from the point of view of general nurses. The aim of the thesis is to find and describe the latest findings on VAP prevention and to find out what knowledge general nurses have about VAP and whether they follow preventive measures in nursing care of a patient on artificial pulmonary ventilation (hereinafter referred to as UPV). The theoretical part is focused on the description of VAP and preventive procedures, the empirical part is focused on the survey of nursing care for a patient on UPV using the anonymous questionnaire survey technique. The respondents are general nurses who care for patients at the UPV. The output of this bachelor's thesis is the creation of an informational poster for the prevention of VAP in nursing care.	en
