Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem vyměnitelné tiskové hlavy pro 3D tisk z čokolády pro danou konstrukci 3D tiskárny. V úvodní části se diplomová práce zabývá popisem 3D tisku pomocí technologie FFF. Dále je v práci rešerše dostupných tiskáren a řešení pro 3D tisk z čokolády a rešerše vysokoškolských prací zabývající se tímto tématem. Na konci teoretické části se práce zabývá popisem použitých materiálů a součástí pro následné konstrukční řešení. Konstrukční část je zaměřena na vlastní konstrukční řešení vyměnitelné hlavy pro 3D tisk čokolády. Po konstrukční části se práce zabývá výrobě prototypu a jeho následného testování včetně následných optimalizací dílů tiskové hlavy. Závěrečná část se zabývá samotnou výrobou tiskové hlavy a jejímu testování.
The diploma thesis deals with the design of an exchangeable print head for 3D printing from chocolate for the given design of the 3D printer. In the introductory part, the diploma thesis deals with the description of 3D printing using FFF technology. Furthermore, there is a search for available printers and solutions for 3D printing from chocolate and a search for university theses dealing with this topic. At the end of the theoretical part, the work deals with the description of the used materials and components for the subsequent design solution. The design part is focused on the own design solution of the replaceable head for 3D chocolate printing. After the construction part, the work deals with the production of the prototype and its subsequent testing, including the subsequent optimization of the print head parts. The final part deals with the production of the print head itself and its testing.
