Abstract
Úvod bakalářské práce je věnován základnímu rozdělení filtrů. Dále je představen
současný způsob výroby filtru se zaměřením na výrobu skládaného polotovaru
plochého filtru. Z představených způsobů výroby skládaného polotovaru byl jeden
způsob vybrán pro jednoúčelové zařízení. Dále se bakalářská práce zabývá návrhem
vybraného způsobu výroby skládaného polotovaru. Navržené řešení je poté
konstrukčně zpracováno a současně optimalizováno pro funkční a plynulý chod
jednoúčelového zařízení. V závěru je představena zhotovená konstrukce jednoúčelového zařízení pro výrobu skládaného polotovaru plochého filtru. Bakalářská práce obsahuje výkresovou dokumentaci zhotovené konstrukce.
The introduction of the bachelor thesis is devoted to the basic classification of filters. Then the current method of filter production with a focus on the production of a folded flat filter blank. From the presented methods of manufacturing the folded blank, one method was selected for single-purpose device. Furthermore, the bachelor thesis deals with the design of the selected production method of the folded blank. The proposed solution is then constructed and at the same time optimised for functional and smooth operation of the single-purpose device. At the end, it is presented the construction of the single-purpose device for the production of a folded flat filter blank. The bachelor thesis contains the drawing documentation of the made construction.
