dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku antibiotické terapie, na možné nežádoucí účinky a informovanost laické veřejnosti o této problematice. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsána antibiotika a různé druhy s jejich možnými vedlejšími účinky a jejich uplatnění v ambulantní praxi. Dále je zde popsána zdravotní gramotnost zdravotníků a nezdravotníků. Praktická část se zabývá vyhodnocením kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření, které probíhalo online formou. Dotazník se zaměřoval na aspekty týkající se antibiotik, včetně znalostí respondentů o správném užívání antibiotik a jejich zkušeností s antibiotickou léčbou.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of antibiotic therapy, possible adverse effects and the general public´s awareness of the topic. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes antibiotics and various types along with their potential side effects and use in outpatients´ practice. Practical part adresses the health literacy of healthcare professionals and non-healthcare individuals. It focuses on the evaluation of a quantitative online questionnaire survey. The questionnaire addressed aspects related to antibiotics, including respondents´ knowledge about correct antibiotic use and their experiences with antibiotic treatment.	en
