dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá úpravou a optimalizací prototypu 3D tiskárny pro tisk z čokoládových hmot. V teoretické části práce je představen 3D tisk obecně a následně je provedena rešerše stávajícího stavu výzkumu v oboru 3D tisku v gastronomii. V praktické části je nejprve popsána výroba nových dílů, poté ukázka optimalizace parametrů potřebných k tisku čokolády a na závěr porovnání různých čokoládových hmot.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor thesis deals with the process of adjusting and optimizing a 3D printer prototype used for printing using chocolate spread. The theoretical part presents the technology of 3D printing in general which is then followed by research in the field of current use of 3D printing in gastronomy. The practical part consists of describing the work done on manufacturing new parts, demonstration of optimization of parameters needed for printing using chocolate and comparison of different kinds of chocolate spreads.	en
