dc.description.abstractThis thesis deals with the rationalization of the production line for the mounting of the beds Eleganza XC and Latera in the company Linet ltd. Slaný. The main topic is measurement of the work by the help of the MOST methodology and balancing of the single workplaces of the production line. Furthermore the proposal of the optimal operating sequence, creation of the standard for the visualized mounting procedure and creation of the standard workplace are described. The conclusion contains evaluation of the realized rationalization and savings numeration.en
dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá racionalizací výrobní linky pro montáž lůžek Eleganza XC a Latera ve firmě Linet spol. s r.o. Slaný. Hlavním tématem je měření práce pomocí metodiky MOST a vyvážení jednotlivých pracovišť linky. Dále je popsán návrh optimálního pracovního postupu, tvorba standardu pro vizualizovaný montážní postup a tvorba standardního pracoviště. Závěr obsahuje vyhodnocení provedené racionalizace a vyčíslení úspor.cs
