Abstract
Cílem této práce je zjistit zkušenosti, problémové oblasti a návrhy na zlepšení průběhu stáží studentů oboru zdravotnické záchranářství. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části je rozebrána historie oboru, vymezen pojem zdravotnický záchranář, popsány jednotlivé druhy vzdělávání zdravotnických záchranářů a kritéria praktické části výuky daného oboru. Praktická část práce sestává ze zpracování polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, které byli vedeny se studenty třetího ročníku Fakulty zdravotnických studií Technické univerzity v Liberci. Získané informace byly následně analyzovány a více rozvedeny v diskusi. Výstupem práce je článek připravený k publikaci.
The aim of the thesis is to find out the experience, the problematic parts and the suggestions for improving a practical teaching of students in Emergency Medicine Study Programme. The thesis consists of theoretical and research part. The theoretical part analyses the history of the field, defines the concept paramedic, describes the types of education and the criteria of practical teaching. The practical part consists of processing the semi-structured interviews done with the students in the third year of Faculty of Health Studies, Technical University of Liberec. The information was analysed and more developed in the discussion part. The output of the thesis is the article ready for publication.
