Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá specifikou pooperační péče pacientů s kataraktou v lokální anestézii. V teoretické části popisuje samotné onemocnění, diagnostiku, druhy katarakt a její léčbu. Dále je teoretická část věnována pooperační péči a režimovým opatřením v domácí péči. Součástí je i edukace pacientů, která je nedílnou složkou pooperační péče. Výzkumná část zjišťuje znalosti pacientů o svém onemocněníkataraktě, o pooperační péči a o režimových opatřeních v domácí péči. Výsledky výzkumného šetření byly následně použity k návrhu edukačního standardu pro všeobecné sestry a k vytvoření edukačního materiálu.
This thesis deals with the specifics of postoperative care of cataract patients under local anesthesia. The theoretical part describes the disease, diagnosis, type of cataract and its treatment. The theoretical part is devoted to post-operative care and treatment disposal home care. It also includes patient education, which is an integral component of post- operative care. The research part ascertains their knowledge about the cataract disease, postoperative care and regime measures in home care. Results of the research have been used to set educational standards for nurses and for creating educational guide.
