Abstract
Tématem bakalářské práce je právní odpovědnost všeobecných sester v praxi. Cílem práce bylo zjistit znalosti všeobecných sester v rámci trestněprávní, občanskoprávní a pracovněprávní odpovědnosti při poskytování ošetřovatelské péče. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, z části teoretické a z části výzkumné. Teoretická část je zaměřena na jednotlivé odpovědnosti a příklady situací, které mohou všeobecné sestry v rámci poskytování ošetřovatelské péče potkat. Výzkumná část analyzuje výsledky z dotazníkového šetření. Výstupem z této práce je článek připravený k publikaci.
The topic of the bachelor thesis is the legal liability of general nurses in practise. The aim of the thesis was to determine the knowledge of general nurses in the scope of criminal, civil and labour law liability in the provision of nursing care. The thesis consists of two parts a theoretical part and a research part. The theoretical part focuses on in individual responsibilities and examples of situation that general nurses may encounter in the provision of nursing care. The research part analyses the results from the questionnaire survey. The output of this work is an article ready for publication.
