Abstract
Tato Bakalářská práce se zaobírá návrhem adekvátní pohonné jednotky pro jednohřídelový drtič kartonu. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány možnosti vlastní konstrukcedrtičů, dále pak druhy motorů, které lze pro námi zvolený typ drtiče použít. Práce obsahuje výpočtovou zprávu zahrnující návrhy ozubených převodů, pevnostní výpočty hřídelů a ložisek a návrh řemenového převodu zakončenou zhotovením 3D modelu avýkresové dokumentace.
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of an adequate power unit for a singleshaft cardboard crusher. The theoretical part discusses the possibilities of the actualconstruction of crushers, as well as the types of motors that can be used for the type ofcrusher chosen by us. The thesis contains a calculation report including designs of gears,strength calculations of shafts and bearings and design of belt transmission ending withthe production of a 3D model and drawing documentation.
