Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hodnocení poruch srdečního rytmu zdravotnickými záchranáři. Teoretická část rozebírá funkční anatomii srdce, základy a využití elektrokardiografie v urgentní medicíně a v neposlední řadě vybrané druhy arytmií. Výzkumná část zkoumá znalosti zdravotnických záchranářů o poruchách srdečního rytmu a jejich rozpoznávání pomocí EKG. Data byla sbírána kvantitativní metodou pomocí dotazníku, distribuovaného mezi zdravotnické záchranáře pracující na jednotkách intenzivní péče, anesteziologicko-resuscitačních odděleních a u zdravotnické záchranné služby. Výsledky šetření byly vyhodnoceny a následně znázorněny pomocí tabulek a grafů společně s jejich slovní interpretací. Výstupem této bakalářské práce je prezentace sloužící jako podklad k přednášce na odborné konferenci.
This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of the evaluation of heart rhythm disorders by paramedics. The theoretical part analyzes the functional anatomy of the heart, the basics and use of electrocardiography in emergency medicine, and, last but not least, selected types of arrhythmias. The research part examines paramedics' knowledge of heart rhythm disorders and their recognition by ECG. The data were collected quantitatively using a questionnaire distributed among paramedics working in intensive care units, anesthesiology and resuscitation departments, and the ambulance service. The survey results were evaluated and subsequently represented using tables and graphs together with their verbal interpretation. The output of the bachelor's thesis is a presentation serving as a basis for a lecture at a professional conference.
