dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou peer podpory v rámci Zdravotnické záchranné služby Libereckého kraje. Popisuje strukturu a její vývoj v průběhu let. Otevírá témata jako jsou syndrom vyhoření a možnosti psychické sebepéče. Část práce tvoří také popis a vysvětlení forem peer podpory. Výzkumná část bakalářské práce zjišťuje, zda jsou zdravotničtí pracovníci v rámci Zdravotnické záchranné služby Libereckého kraje dostatečně informovaní o možnostech využití služeb Systému psychosociální intervenční služby a v jaké míře těchto služeb využívají. Dále také zjišťuje, zda mají zdravotničtí pracovníci vytvořeny správné techniky pro zvládání stresujících situací.	cs
dc.description.abstract	Bachelor's thesis focus on the issue of peer support of the medical rescue service of the Liberec region. It describes the structure and its development over the years. It opens up topics such as burn - out syndrome and the possibilities of psychological self - care. A description and explanation of forms of peer support is also described in the bachelor thesis. The research part of the bachelor's thesis investigates whether medical workers of the Liberec Region Medical Rescue Service are sufficiently informed about the possibilities of using the services of the System of Psychosocial Intervention Services and to what extent they use these services. Furthermore, it also determines whether medical workers have developed the right techniques for managing stressful situations.	en
