Motivace studentů pro studium studijního programu Zdravotnické záchranářství
Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat vzdělávání zdravotnických záchranářů a zjistit, jaké faktory ovlivňují výběr studia, jakým způsobem získávají uchazeči informace o studiu a jaká doporučení navrhují pro budoucí uchazeče. Pro výzkumnou část byla použita kvalitativní metoda. Výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že zdroje motivace a faktory ovlivňující volbu studia jsou u studentů tohoto programu podobné, studenti jsou dobře motivováni, chtějí pracovat ve studovaném oboru. Doporučení směřují k získání co nejvíce informací o oboru, aby měli budoucí uchazeči relevantní očekávání.
The main goal of the bachleor's thesis is to describe education system of paramedics, to find out what factors influence the choice to study this study program, how appliccants obtain informations about this studies and what they recommend for the future applicants. For the research part of the thesis was used the qualitative research method. The research found that the factors influencing the choice of study are similar for the students of this program, the students are well motivated and that they want to work in this field. The referals are aimed at getting the most infromations possible about this field so the future applicants will have relevant expectations.
