Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá popisem a přípravou aerogelů. Inherentní vlastnosti aerogelů jsou příčinou jejich využití např. v tkáňovém inženýrství, k hojení ran, dodávání léků apod. Teoretická část shrnuje současný stav poznání, proces gelace, sušení a využití v biomedicínském inženýrství. Experimentální část se věnuje přípravě gelů, popisem použitých technik a následné charakterizaci získaného aerogelu.
This diploma thesis deals with the description and preparation of aerogels. The inherent properties of aerogels are the reason for their use, for example, in tissue engineering, wound healing, drug delivery etc. The theoretical part summarizes the current state of knowledge, gelation processes, drying and applications in biomedical engineering. The experimental part is devoted to the preparation of gels, a description of the techniques used and the subsequent characterization of the obtained aerogel.
