| dc.description.abstract | This bachelor thesis is concerned with the welding wire diameter influence on the welding pool shape when using the MAG method. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and experimental. The theoretical part explains the principle of arc welding with the focus on MAG method and welding parameters effects on welding pool geometry. The aim of the experimental part was to identify the difference in welding geometry when using welding wires of different diameters.The plan of experiments was elaborated based on the previous knowledge of welding using the wire of 1,2mm diameter. Obtained weld geometries were analyzed in terms of their sizes, mutually compared and the results were processed. Those evaluated results are at the same time the aim of this bachelor thesis. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce řeší vliv průměru svařovacího drátu na tvar svarové lázně při svařování metodou MAG. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí teoretické a experimentální. V teoretické části je popsán princip obloukového svařování, se zaměřením na metodu MAG a dále jsou zde popsány vlivy svařovacích parametrů na geometrii svarové lázně. Cílem experimentální části bylo zjištění rozdílu ve svarové geometrii při použití různých průměrů svařovacích drátů. Na základě předchozích zkušeností při svařování s průměrem drátu 1,2 mm byl sestaven plán experimentů. Získané svarové geometrie byly rozměrově vyhodnoceny a došlo k jejich vzájemnému porovnání a zpracování výsledků. Vyhodnocené výsledky jsou zároveň cílem této bakalářské práce. | cs |
