dc.description.abstractGraduation thesis is engaged in suggestions and implementations of manufacturing cell and their optimalization. Thesis is describing projects steps according automotive norms ISO/TS 16949. The General Aim of project steps in suggestion of the manufacturing cell is focused on optimalization of manufacturing process and manufacturing cells design with in the light of production volume, human factors engineering and especially to the high quality of our product. Second Aim of the Graduation theses is to bring-in optimalized manufacturing cell to the general layout of the company BOS Automotive Products CZ s.r.o. In the theses are described naturally detailed analysis of the suggestions and their realizations.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá celkovým návrhem a realizací optimalizované montážní buňky. Práce popisuje postup projektového řešení dle automobilové normy ISO/TS 16949. Hlavním cílem projektového řešení návrhu výrobní buňky je optimalizovaný montážní postup a design výrobní buňky s ohledem na objem výroby, ergonomii práce a především na kvalitu výsledného produktu. Dalším cílem je zapracování optimalizované montážní buňky do celkového layoutu (půdorysného uspořádání) výroby firmy BOS Automotive Products CZ s.r.o. V práci jsou popsány podrobné analýzy návrhů a jejich řešení.cs
