Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem neurologického nálezu u pacientů s míšní lézí. V teoretické části je nejprve ve stručnosti popsána anatomie a fyziologie zdravé míchy. Dále jsou zde shrnuty poznatky o míšním poranění, syndromech a klinických projevech. Poté se práce věnuje organizaci péče o pacienty s míšní lézí. Teoretickou část uzavírají kapitoly, které popisují vyšetření ASIA a SCIM. Praktickou část tvoří kvantitativní výzkum, který vychází z lékařské dokumentace pacientů Spinální jednotky Krajské nemocnice Liberec a.s., a popis elektronické databáze z protokolů ASIA, která byla vytvořena za účelem zpřehlednění dat a počítání základních statistických údajů.
The topic of this Bachelor's Thesis is the development of neurological findings in patients with spinal lesion. In the theoretical part the anatomy and physiology of the healthy spinal cord is described. There are also summarized findings of spinal cord injuries and syndromes, clinical manifestations of these injuries and the organization of care for patients with spinal lesions. Chapters which describe the SCIM and the ASIA examination conclude the theoretical part of the thesis. The practical part consists of quantitative research, based on medical records of patients in Spinal Unit in Liberec Regional Hospital. There is also the description of the electronic database of the ASIA protocols, which was designed to clarify and calculate basic statistic data.
