- ItemUplatnění modelu zralosti v procesech projektového řízení(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2012-01-01) Zvára, Zdeněk; Antlová, KláraThe aim of this master (degree) thesis is to introduce an integration of maturity model in project management processes in local branch of international financial institution. According to that, a practical demonstration of possible implementation using P3M3 methodology will be provided. Project management, processes in project management and integration of the maturity model in the processes are among the most important topics of this thesis. At the end of this thesis a couple of recommendations are provided to help in optimisation of the processes. The main principals of recommended solutions are steps to better understand the processes and to be able to analyse and work further with the processes. The content of the thesis should serve organisation's project and process managers as well as other people interested in project management.
