    The diploma work deals with the issues of personal management, the sphere of price of human work. Its target is to evaluated the value an employee has for a company and if it is actually possible to calculate this value. The theoretical part describes the system of perks and bonuses and its legislation. Further more, it shows a practical example of a company that could be a model and an inspiration for other companies. The second part of the diploma work focuses on a particular example of a company that would like to stay anonymous, the final part deals with the evaluation of a human being within the society. Based on the acquired data the final part summarises the above mentioned issues.
