    This final work is intimately focused on machining of plane surface of synthetic single crystal by grinding. Among others it was confirmed by mapping of course of dop's revs that the process of grinding is too complicated and quite irreproducible for free moving dop. In chapter about substance removal of workpiece was made a study which is dedicated by influence of speed and thrust pressure to substance removal of grinding crystal during the grinding. It was also evaluated by means of photo of abrasive material after the grinding what is rather happened right in the place of interface between the workpiece and abrasive disc and it was expressed a reflection about grind of abrasive material during the grinding. At the conclusion was proposed a feedback by synthesis of influence of trajectory and relative speed of dop towards abrasive disc and feedback was made for control of flatness of abrasive disc.
