    In today`s world just high-effective quality management system became the biggest competitive advantage. Just due to it is possible to succeed on high heavy-concentrated market. The success of each firm depends not only on the product quality even on the services connected to them. The primary step for the organisation to be able to produce first-rate products is to implement efficient quality management system which includes also asssessment of the process ability. That enables to find out the reasons which cause abnormality of the process from its desired level. On account of it the preventive and corrective steps are determined to guarantee the process stability. For the firm the quality management is a way how to maintain the current quality of its output even to make it better. Satisfied customers, constant and loyal to the firm, are the result.
