- ItemRestituce po r. 1990 na příkladu rodu Des Fours-Walderode(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2012) Valentová, Věra; Lozoviuková, KateřinaThe main aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to clarify the issue of property restitution to the general public. It informs about situation which started after the year 1989. That time members of aristocratic families started to return and they really wanted to restore what they owned before 1945. In my thesis I have also dealt with involving the Des Fours Walderode case and Karl Friedrich Des Fours Walderode. The thesis is logically divided into seven chapters, which are for its lucidity divided into several subchapters. The fundamental chapter consists of Restitution Disputes and its reflection in the press, where I analyzed the most widely read Czech newspapers and evaluated their attitudes concerning the discussed case. I did not evaluate only their attitudes, but also the frequency of articles about this dispute on their sites. This frequency was made up into the graph for its clarity.
