    The bachelor diploma work deals with the treating convicts programme. It features both a practical and a theoretical part. By means of processing and presenting special sources, the theoretical part described the penitentiary system in its totality, Horní Slavkov prison house, execution of punishment department. Further on, it defines the internal differentiation, post-penitentiary care, treating programme, its creation, evaluation and possibilities for convicts. Then it dealt with the notion of free time and its functions. By means of a questionnaire, the practical part found out about 81 convicts{\crq} attitudes towards free time spending, influence of the environment on it before the execution of punishment, free time activities during the execution of punishment within the programme questions directed to determine which activities and how often the convicts take part in them, and what activities they would appreciate. The results have shown that free time spending influences strongly on the risk of being executed and/or antisocial behaviour. During the execution of punishment the convicts do sport activities and they are also interested in IT education.
