    Thesis Possibilities of using additional inventory management tools works with theoretical aspects of inventory management and their use in practice, expecially in company Bunzl CS s.r.o. The aim of the practical part of the thesis is to evaluate the current state and ongoing changes in the purchasing and logistics departments of company Bunzl CS and design other options that would have a positive effect for company. The main goal is to apply the recommendations for functional strategy of forecasting or prediction for the next period.
