    The dissertation deals with methodical problems of valuation, a topic becoming more important at the time of the current economic crisis than before. Commonly used methods of enterprise pricing will be described, pricing concepts and reasons will be explained. Since yield methods are regarded as the most important, I concentrated primarily on the problems of yield methods, in particular on the method of discounted cash flows. The prime goal of the dissertation is to point out the specific problems of the pricing method, including the illustration of simple cases. Although it is rather difficult, the dissertation will also try to outline a possible theoretical basis and solution of the problems. The key part of the dissertation is the chapter devoted to methodical problems of CAPM (Capital Asset Pricing Model), which relates directly to the problem of risk quantification. It may be expected that the principles recognized so far will be reassessed, and are already being reassessed in the current economic situation, nevertheless it will surely be a sort of search for compromise. The dissertation also focuses on the necessity to take into account the purpose of pricing as an essential pre-condition of every pricing case, and in the final section the variability of pricing in connection with changes of subjective input values is illustrated in specific examples.

    Volnočasové aktivity osob s mentální retardací

    Práce se zabývá specifiky volnočasových aktivit pro mentálně retardované, jejich nabídkou v konkrétních zařízeních a jejich hodnocením. V teoretické části se práce zabývá pojmy mentální retardace, klasifikací, psychologickými zvláštnostmi jedinců, výchovou, vzděláváním, adolescencí a dospělostí u mentálně postižených. Dále je zde vymezen pojem volný čas a volnočasové aktivity pro mentálně retardované. Praktická část zjišťuje, jaké volnočasové aktivity nabízí takto postiženým lidem vybraná zařízení, je sledováno, jak hodnotí tyto aktivity postižení klienti a výchovný personál zařízení.
