    Financování systému důchodového zabezpečení se zaměřením na význam penzijního připojištění

    This diploma paper is concerned with the questions of old age pension scheme and its financing system. The aim is to show the risks which are linking with the factors which influence financing of this system. First of all to show the risks which are connected with the unfavourable demographic process. In the first part is deliminated the social security, there are characterized basic methods, its implementation, factors which have the main influence over the forming of scheme of social security and also the principles of the whole system form of social security. The next part is attended to the old age pension which is Essential and the widest part of social security. There are described the Essential possibilities of social security financing including the evaluation, advantages and risks. The third chapter is concerned with the social security and old age pension in the Czech republic from its history up to now. The komponent part of this chapter is also the evaluation of the demographic process according to the projection of the Czech statistical office. The final chapters are attended to the possibilities of individual financial security for post working age. The attention is concentrated especially on the meaning of supplementary pension insurance with the state contribution. In the apendix is written the list of funds which act in the Czech republic nowdays.
