    The thesis discusses employee satisfaction surveys in the conditions of the AKT plastics technology Čechy Ltd. The work is based on the research conducted among the employees of the company. The objective of the thesis was to assess the situation and propose appropriate improvements satisfaction problem identified in the company. The first part comprises theoretical background of employee satisfaction. The theoretical part deals with motivation and its factors, staff evaluation, value analysis, human behavior in the workplace, leadership in practice and relationships between employees and superiors. The analytical part presents the main findings of the research that provided a base for the recommendations leading to higher employees´ satisfaction. At the end of the work are given suggestions for improving the welfare of employees in the AKT company.
