    Analýza a komparace produktů přímého bankovnictví u vybraných bank ČR

    I tried to find my bearing in the various offer of direct banking products on the Czech market in my dissertation. Because the present bank offer is so broad, I limited my evaluation to the biggest banks in Czech republic: Česká spořitelna, a.s., Komerční banka, a.s., ČSOB, a.s. and of course eBanka, a.s., the initiator of the direct banking. I identified all services, which I consider to be direct banking products and I described their basic characteristics. I described the history of direct banking in the above mentioned banks. This dissertation contains products comparison at several standpoints, such as: the range of the offered services, level of security, user friendliness and last but not least the price margin. I expressed my opinion on possible tendency of the future development in the conclusion.
