    COMPARISON OF WAGES IN ICT BY MAJOR CATEGORIES, THEIR RELATIONS TO GDP AND THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN SALARIES OF MEN AND WOMEN

    Článek zkoumá mzdy v oblasti informačních a komunikačních technologií (ICT). Na základě dat tzv. ISPV, ČSÚ a Eurostatu jsme provedli několik analýz. Data jsou od roku 2008 a proto bylo nutné zohlednit inflaci, pro mezinárodní srovnání jsou mzdy v EUR, takže důležitý je i kurz CZK/EUR. Hlavní závěry jsou: (1) Počty pracovníků v ICT rostly rychleji, jejich podíl na celkové zaměstnanosti vzrostl z 2,2 % na 3,9 %. (2) Od roku 2008 do roku 2013 je celkový trend vývoje mezd pokles, od roku 2014 výrazně rostly (ovlivněno jak ekonomickým růstem, tak poklesem inflace). (3) Mzdy ICT specialistů (CZ-ISCO 25) rostly značně rychleji než mzdy ICT techniků (CZ-ISCO 35). (4) Mzdy za celé ICT a za kategorii CZ-ISCO 25 rostly rychleji než HDP. (5) Rozdíl mezi platy muži/ženy v ČR patři k nejvyšším mezi zkoumanými zeměmi, i když v roce 2019 se oproti roku 2008 snížil. (6) V rámci ČR jsou rozdíly mezi platy mužů a žen v ICT menší než za celé národní hospodářství.

    The dissertation undertakes especially the problem of illegal migration. It describes today´s problems of migration and escape to the czech republic territory.It refers also to particular questions for the general point of view and to the main and the most interresting aspects. This baccalaureate dissertation is dissociate to a theory and to a practical part. The theory describes the history and causes of migration,also migration´s different formes and kinds.It presents in brevity migrant´s psychological adaptation and the situation of underage claimers for europe grith.It familiarizes readers with the disciplinable facts related to illegal migration and how transfering organization operates. In the enclosure , there is a suite of interresting fotos showing some practices of transfering organizations. In the practical part , in first time , it talks about migrants who comes to Czech republic via transfering organizations, conversations with migrants are inducted explaining facts , the way how they arrive, from wich country , which reasons led them to leave their country, what are they expecting since their arrival and residence in our country. In this part , there are also treatements and analyzis of dialogues. This work undertakes in second time causes which lead to illegal migration , how big is the impact on singular entity, migrants and the community in general.Also it speaks about criminal acts in consequence or in relation with illegal migration.This baccalaureate dissertation unambiguously affirm the validity of the insertion of illegal migration into the list of risks for safe being.

    Využití počítačové simulace při expedici vozů

    Obsahem práce je pojednání o využití počítačové simulace v průmyslu, jejích aspektech, výhodách a nevýhodách. Součástí je také řešení úlohy expedice vozů, zadané firmou Škoda Auto a.s., na dvou různých simulačních softwarech, které jsou potom porovnávány z hlediska uživatele.
