    This study analyses the issue of spectator violance, it particularly focuses on the soccer hooliganism which is experiencing the boom and it is also recently widely discussed in the Czech Republic. The aim of the study is to capture especially the social origin of hooligans, their age structure likewise the ground for commiting disorder, further most often ways of tortious acts and their commitment to skinheads stream. Research analysis was carried out in order to prove the literature research findings. For this purpose it has been used quantitative research as well as qualitative research. As far as quantitative research is considered, it was designed the questionnaire which was distributed amongst the members of organizers who are in charge of the public security. Qualitative research was carried out amongst the fans of FK Jablonec 97 football club who were interviewed.
