    This work deals with issues relating to international labor migration in the Czech Republic. Describes the migration policy of the Czech Republic, characterizes the number of migrants, age composition, ethnic and individual economic activity. The theoretical part is based on the study of international migration concepts. The practical part deals with empirical research, which is based on questionnaires and structured interviews. Compares the selected migration concepts with identified values and responds to the question whether regular bus service affects migration. Generally describes the global migration.
