    The purpose of the thesis is the study of properties of piezoelectric homogeneous circlar bimorphs and to measure them by laser interferometry. An introduction of the work is focused on the theoretical description of piezoelectric phenomens and materials. It also makes us acquainted with piezoelectric ceramics, with their pooling and state examples of their applications. The description of the circlar bimorph features and a calculation of their deflection follows. The values of displacement were measured by scanning on the bimorf´s surface. As the displacement were supposed to be small, the laser interferometry was used. Twymann-Green, Mach-Zhender and Michelson interferometres in the concrete were used. For this measurement were assembled samples of circular plates. The samples were made of soft ceramics (APC 850).
