    Rovné příležitosti mužů a žen na trhu práce v České republice

    This thesis is focused on problems of the equal opportunities of men and women aimed at identify conditions on a career position and working chances of women on labour market in the Czech republic. The article deals with reasons and effects of a segregation on the labour market. There is also pronounced an opinion concerning a discrimination of women. Everything is upheld by objective statements mainly from Czech statistical office. In the thesis there is also emphasis on influence of a cultural cause of gender stereotypes. These stereotypes are conclusive for a future engagement of children and by this indirectly support mentioned segregation. On the basis of information get from secondary data and subsequently from information gathered by a list of questions it was possible to work up a project of an implementation of the equality plan into companies. The plan is consulted by a proffesional.

    Textilní marketing na TUL ve statistice

    The objective of this work is to bring information about a perspective of a branch of Textile marketing at the Technical university in Liberec. A major groundwork were two researches on students of the third class and alumni of the branch of Textile marketing. Pursuant to experiences of the alumni with an obtaining engagement and views of students concerning teached subjects, it was possible to make a survey of perfections and negativeness of the branch and suggest optimal changes to improve the quality of a study which should lead up to easier practice.
