The thesis is also defining all the activities and tools involved in this process and used within the commercial and technical departments in the selected company of TRW Frýdlant. As a result of the above-mentioned process will be the price offer including the cost analysis, proposed selling price and the feasibility study. As an example to outline the complete procedure has been used a business case for the product of reman caliper from the customer Volvo Cars, Sweden. The price quotation is designed in the way to be completely or partially competitive. That means that in case there are more references or products involved, then at least some of them will draw customer´s attention so far and the customer will accept the price quotation.
