PREGIS is a subsidiary company of Preciosa and in 2003 outsourced Preciosa´s IT departement. Now PREGIS runs IT deparment on its own according Preciosa´s rules. The point of my dissertation is to evaluate procedure of PREGIS company during setting the outsourcing up, specify problems which came and their solutions including advantages which executed changes brought to PREGIS company. At the same time my dissertation should contribute to the whole view on the outsourcing process in this company. Dissertation is divided into 3 chapters. Introductory part is about outsourcing from the theoretical view. End of this chapter focuses on the problems with outsourcing in the Czech republic. Next chapter is about outsourcing itself, outsourcing process and its stages. It actually theoretically describes procedure and how this process should be running. Closing practical chapter is about PREGIS company with concrete setting the outsourcing IT up. End of this chapter is about its own view and evaluating the outsourcing process in this company.
