    This diploma thesis is concerned with LED innovation of LV lamp, which currently has a challenging cooling issue. Whole process is planned by project management. Similar competitor?s designs are inspected for the design creation. Patent background research and customer demand is also taken into consideration. Using decision table, the best concept is chosen. During the detailed fabrication, optimizing methods of DFX and FMEA innovation engineering is used. This optimized solution is analysed for the cooling issues by ANSYS program, main stressed parts are checked and luminance curves are simulated. By this process, MODUS Company will be able to implement more efficient lamps.

    Optimalizace expedičního skladu ve firmě MODUS

    This work pursues with expert examination current conditions of dispatch the company MODUS spol. s r.o. and suggestions for its optimization. It studies possible establishment of the storage system in accordance with ABC analysis and it contains particular proposal for more effective work with consideration of safety and ergonomics. In the first part of the work is the introduction of the company MODUS spol. s r.o. The second part of this work is more focused on theory applied in the practical part. The third part is analysing current situation and are suggested new variants of layouts including proposals for secondary improvements.
