I used the opportunity that Liberecká IS, a.s., the company where I do my practices, is solving this problem at current time. Besides theoretical and generally known information I describe the procedure of acquiring the certificate of quality and what documents need to be prepared for a certificatory. This work is divided into particular parts. At the beginning I explain terminology used in the text, followed by a brief description of history and the company itself. Then there are information dealing with the certification (definitions of certificates, applications for implementation). I consider this work a manual for those who want to apply for a certificate. Finally I enclosed the results of questionnaires that show what knowledge of certificates people have.

It actually deals with the situation of non-profit organization Junák ? Association of Scouts and Guides of the Czech Republic. It specifies important terms connected not only with the communication itself but also defines the term project management which is nowadays plentifully used and so it becomes an essential part of every organization or company. There are determined general principles for solving communication strategy and consequently there is suggested the communication strategy for Junák. One of the chapters is focused on communication devices of our modern (internet) time. The analysis is based on findings of questionnaires in which participated around 600 people (members and also non-members of Junák). The results of research are graphically compiled and verbally commented.
