    The subject of this thesis is to analyze the costs control. The special point of view is focused on the assignment of responsibility for costs planning and monitoring and taking timely action in the Unicontrols a.s. company. The company is well-established supplier of industrial control systems with out-standing references in gas industry, water industry and transport systems. One of the biggest costs items are personal costs, because the most important capital is a large team of experts and specialists, which allows the company to be on the top of suppliers of innovative technologies in the branch.
