An analytical case study is a package of desktop applications Tovek Tools from Tovek s.r.o company. Work inform reader in theoretical part with methods and tools of marketing intelligence and also defines the term. They are the basic characteristics of the various methods and tools used in a competitive and business intelligence. Followed by their use and application in business. The main section of this thesis is a case study analyzing the available data sources using the desktop application package Tovek Tools. The practical part describes the recovery and analysis of the individual programs to transform itself in the knowledge applicable to the selected parts of business. Also maps the properties of the applications and submit proposals for thein implementation. The results of case studies are presented through the information displayed in charts, graphs and matrices from applications of Tovek Tools. Learning context,revealing character, can be used to form conclusions applicable in e-business.
