    The degree work on the theme The development and training of employees of an organization deals with the description of activities in a consultancy firm. The importance of education from the point of view of both, the consultancy firm and an employee, is emphasised in the whole degree work. The theoretical part consists of describing methods, strategies and current trends used in education. The practical part deals with the method of recruiting and choosing of a new employee, his development, further education and advancement in career. It also describes the evaluation of training programmes and getting feedback. The final part consists of evaluation of educational activities and it suggests possible improvement.
