    The goal of this diploma paper was to review the validity of fact that Jewish monuments in Třebíč are ranked in the UNESCO world heritage list. Using the method of comparison analysis we compared the state and value of Trebic monuments to other Czech and European monuments of that kind. We created a compact report about the current situation, evolution and changes in the town of Trebic, especially in the preserved area. In the paper we introduced photo-documentation showing the difference between the past and present state of monuments. In the conclusion we mention an enquiry, which we carried out in the Zamosti quarter, concerning the inhabitants{\crq} view of the fact that the monuments were put on the List and examining its{\crq} influence on the local life
