    Posttraumatická péče v podmínkách Policie ČR

    The thesis drala with posttraumatic intervention care provided for policement after extreme situations experienced dutiny executing thein duties. The thesis is based on current state nad aims defining traumatic events in work aktivity od policemen, describing the system of posttraumatic intervention care and verifing ist usei in praktice. The thesis consists of two main paris. Usany literaty sources, the theoretical part describes and clarifies traumatic ebeny, police stress, postraumatic phenomena, disorders and clarifies traumatic ebeny, police stress, posttraumatic phenomena, disoeders and psychological care provided by the Ministry of the Interier of the Czech Republic. The practical part discovert, with the aid of questionnaires, the attitudes of policemen in direkt service to extreme situation and thein opinion on the current system of posttraumatic intervention care. The result schow reservation towards the above mentioned care and leader to proposed specific measures in the field of promotion and informing. The verefication of functioning and usability of posttraumatic intervention care praktice can be considered as the greatest contribution to the issue.
